As you know we are a new company and still working out any kinks in the system. Over the past few months we have been asking our subscribers what changes they would like to see and how we can improve their Ms Flow experience.
We’ve been listening and working on ways on improving things for you.
One of your main concerns has been shipping and deliveries.
As of the 1st January 2018, we will be changing our delivery dates to the below.
All deliveries previously delivered on the 1st and 7th will now be delivered on the 1st of every month.
All deliveries previously 14th, 21st and the 28th will be delivered on the 14th of every month.
By doing this we can make sure that you receive your parcel on time… for your time. Without any hiccups.
Another issue has been the renewal billing dates.
As of 1st December 2018, we are changing our billing dates to make sure you receive your deliveries on time.
New sign-ups will be billed on the date of their sign up, but their renewal date the next month going forward will be dependent on the delivery date they selected.
If your delivery date is the 1st you will be billed on the 25th
(e.g you will receive your January Ms Flow parcel on the 1st but will be billed for it on the 25th December)
If your delivery date is the 14th you will be billed on the 7th
(e.g you will receive your January Ms Flow parcel on the 14th but will be billed for it on the 7thth January)
Why are we doing this??
We have had some instances of subscribers changing their delivery date to the 7th for instance but there billing date the 6th, which means we don’t have enough time to get their parcel to them in time.
Current Subscribers Please Note:
If you are expecting your delivery on the 1st and the 7th of December, there will be no change to your deliveries until January. In January your delivery date will be changed to the 1st of January.
Your billing date will change to the 25th of December.
· If you are expecting your delivery on the 14th 21st of the 28th of December your delivery date will be changed to the 14th December, your January parcel will also arrive on the 14th
Your billing date will change to the 7th of January.
You can still change your delivery if you would prefer, just remember this will also change your billing date. Just drop us an email ([email protected])

We have also had some concerns over postage costs. Unfortunately, we are unable to completely eradicate postage costs, but we have secured a new postage cost for all our subscribers.
As of the 1st January postage costs will be £1.95 going forward.
